Q Will it shedding and tangle?
A

Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized.

Tangle: Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil &dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo &conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

Q What is virgin hair?
A

Virgin hair is hair collected by young donor directly, instead of collecting from floor. After clean work and high temperature steam, it made into different textures. Virgin hair is not as perfect as those hair with ACID BATH process. However ,virgin hair without any chemical process can be durable used and last for one year with proper care. Please read the following details carefully, and fully understand the imperfect of virgin hair before you purchase.

Q Can I dye it to other color and make other style?
A

Yes, our hairs are 100% human hairs can be dyed, bleached and permed. However, frequently dyed and permed will do harm on hairs, even destroy hairs. Please do not do this frequently.

Q Why there are short hairs on the weft?
A

When hairs cut from donors ,it is a bundle of long hairs and no weft. A length of hairs need to be fold for sewing weft. That is why there are short hairs by one side. Please don’t worry about this, it will not impact hair looking, and will not influence on hair using and quality. 

Q Is every strand of hair the same length?
A

Our hair is 100% human hair, cutting from young donors. As our own hairs, real human hair is not possible to grow the exact same length of every single strand. That is why human hair ends are always thinner than the top. Please fully understand and consider before placing order.

Q How to measure hair length?
A

For wavy hair, please stretch it to straight, then make the measurement.

Q Why there is some split and dry ends?
A

--Our hair is high temperature steam processed, without any chemical procedure. Hair ends will be a little bit dry after high temperature. This can be solved by using shampoo and conditioner to care the hair.

---As we all know ,human hair ends always split because lack of nutrition.Especially, the longer the hair, the less nutrition can reach to the ends.We pick out the badly ends hair out during our quality control process, but few splits cannot be avoided. If you are picky about this, we do not recommend you purchase 100% human hair.

Q Is that normal to have gray hair inside?
A

Since hairs we sell are non dyed human hair, they are unavoidable to have a few strands gray hair due to donor’s hair condition. We usually pick the gray hair out during processing and checking, but we can not guarantee make to 100% perfect. Please just pick it out if there is one strand. Thanks.

Q How to get rid of hair smell?
A

Hairs would be washed by warm water and shampoo, and got hair oil to it to prevent being dried during long term delivery. The smell will fade away after washing by using good shampoo and conditioner.

Q Can it keep original texture after washing?
A

Wave/curly hair texture was made by steam, without any chemicals. It will be a little bit looser after wash. Please understand that we make it this way to keep the hair life time and natural state. 

Q What's the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?
A

We recommend 160~180 Celsius degree or 320 ~360 Fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.Do not iron the closure knot which will lead to shedding.

Q How many bundles do I need?
A

3-4 bundles are necessary for a full look according to head size and your preference. We suggest 3 bundles for 8~16 inches, 4 bundles for 18~22 inches,5 bundles for 24~28 inches.

Q How to care hair daily to extend its lifetime?
A

You may follow the hair care instructions.

1、Please co-wash the hair before you install it. This will only better and soften the hairs.

2、DO NOT brush hair from the root to the end directly and handle gently. Brush the hair starting from end section:First 2 inches to end, then 4 inches to end, then 6,8,10 inches etc.higher & higher until you reach the root.

3、DO NOT cut the weft, this leads to shedding. If you must cut for installation always seal the ends.

4、DO NOT put excessive heat on the hair,because this will cause split-ends & cause breaking of the hairs.

5、Always use non-sulfate shampoo & Conditioners.

6、Curly textures and Natural waves need more care than straight hair. Never brush hair too strongly, that will definitely lead to shedding & even breaking of the hair.

7、Always keep the Curly and Kinky Curly Moisturized with leave-in curl activators or the hairs will get dry,frizzy and even tangle. Never comb these hair unless they are wet and contains conditioner.

8Use a professional colorist when coloring your hairs because not all colors take easily. Please test a small trip of the hairs before coloring, because we do not exchange the hairs when chemically altered.

 

Q What’s hair color?
A

Our hair is natural color. There are natural black and natural brown. Normally, we send at random if there is no remark from customer. If you want to receive a definite color, please remark when you place order or leave us message. Email:..............

Q Who should pay for customs tax if any?
A

Please note that buyer should pay for customs fee if any. Except US, we usually put lower price on invoice to avoid customs fee. Due to different customs policies, we suggest you leave note to inform us the proper invoice value. We are not responsible for any tax fee caused in any circumstance.   

Q Can I authorize DHL to leave package at door when I am not at home?
A

Please DON’T authorize DHL to leave package at door anytime because it caused package lost a lot. You may inform DHL to rearrange delivery time and make sure to sign the package yourself.

Q Can I get refund if I don’t receive the package or package lost?
A

Please understand that customer also responsible for safe delivery. If package lost, please contact us first before give feedback or raise disputes. Normally,

We  are  NOT RESPONSIBLE for these circumstances :

a. Shipping address is not clear or wrong, DHL can not find it.

b. Nobody be able to sign for the package and authorize DHL to leave at door, package stolen

cSigned by someone else you don't know which means malicious stolen
